(It’s Just Me - Hi!)

The heart behind core + cradle

Nabila earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. With over seven years of experience working with kids and nearly five years focused on pelvic health (for both little ones and grown-ups!), she brings a ton of knowledge and heart to every session. She's licensed to practice in both Canada and the U.S.

As a proud twin mom, Nabila gets the chaos and the magic of parenting—her personal journey adds an extra layer of understanding to her care. She’s all about blending solid expertise with a big dose of empathy, tailoring each treatment to meet her patients’ real-life needs and goals.

To better support her pregnant and postpartum clients, Nabila has taken extra training in managing diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and helping rebuild strength through functional movement. She’s also dived deep into pediatric pelvic health, helping kiddos tackle bladder and bowel challenges with confidence.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her chasing her twins, sneaking a treat (hello, chocolate!), or squeezing in a gym session to stay energized for everything life throws her way.

From the tiniest giggles to the strongest core, we’re here for it all.
